Shayna Wells - Certified Sommelier | WSET Level 3 | Founder of Pour Pairings:Shayna Wells is a Certified Sommelier and WSET Level 3 Award holder with a deep passion for wine education, storytelling, and food pairing. Through her work with Pour Pairings, she specializes in helping individuals and organizations better understand wine in a way that feels grounded, practical, and empowering.Shayna’s approach to wine is shaped by her love of food, using flavor, pairing, and the shared experience of the table as the foundation of how she teaches and connects with others — a philosophy that inspired the creation of Pour Pairings. Her teaching style emphasizes structure, clarity, and curiosity, demystifying wine while honoring its complexity.Today, Shayna leverages her expertise to create engaging, educational experiences that foster confidence, spark conversation, and make wine more fun and approachable.
TJ Kittles - Certified Champagne Specialist | Founder of Clinkitt:TJ Kittles is the founder of Clinkitt and a Certified Champagne Specialist with a passion for celebration, storytelling, and shared experiences. Her journey into wine began with a desire for confidence and connection, and evolved into a deeper commitment to education and inclusivity within the wine community.After entering a wine certification program where she was often the only one who looked like her, TJ recognized the broader impact of her presence and voice in the industry. Despite early setbacks—including a missed exam and a failed attempt—she persevered, turning challenge into purpose and igniting a decade-long pursuit of learning and credentials.Specializing in Champagne, TJ approaches education with joy and intention. A self-described Celebration Enthusiast, she believes sparkling wine is about more than milestones—it’s about community, meaning, and creating moments that bring people together.
